}Do Now:  1. Copy this week’s vocabulary on cards. This completes another 100  words.
}2. Place your journals on desks for a homework and journal check.
}3. In your notebook copy the following definition: Expectations: to await some occurrence or outcome, implies a high degree of certainty and usually involves the idea of preparing or envisioning.
}4. In your journal I expect you to Write two full pages on any expectations that are placed upon you.

}Homework:  Discuss the implications of one of the following quotes from “The Crucible”, said to Elizabeth by John Proctor :
}1. “ It is mighty wintry in here….”
}2. “Your justice could freeze beer”.
}You must complete 18 lines in your notebook.
